comment Where do you get poker videos?
They might get them from torrents or something and upload it to their site. In any way, pokertube has always been by far the best video site for poker!

comment How do you play at a table where everybody always goes all in?
It means positive Expected Value. So basically when you have EV+, it would be a good play. Let's say someone bets 100 in a 200 pot. These odds would be 1/4 for you to call. If you have more than 25% chance to win at that point, you will make an EV+ call.

comment term for when all players go all-in and show hands
Maybe family showdown? It's made up but would suit this situation.

comment What kind of plays could I make to convince my opponents that I have a polarised hand range?
Even better is that if they think they know your range but in fact you call with something different. However, if they think you only play AA-KK and suddenly win a hand with 72, your image will be broken forever in that session.

comment calling all-in before the flop
I think he expected you to fold. In my opinion that's a 'bad beat'. I don't believe anyone would seriously shove 30 to 40 blinds when the stack sizes are 50/50.

comment Should I go see the flop more often if I'm chip leader
If your tactics work, why change it when chip leader? Only bully when you're in a hand is the safest play. So only enter when needed.
