comment What is the protocol for dealing the “draws” in “draw poker”?
I don't know this book, but if you'll check today in casinos or online, you will see that the maximum number of players per table is 6

in addition, the one that bet first in the last round, is the one that shows his/her cards first (at showdown).

comment Is it possible to play for real money online in the US?
I am not familiar with the proxy methods you mentioned, but there are sites that allow US players to play. such site is pdcpoker.com. I am sure there are many more sites like this one.

comment How to play online horse tournament when you lack knowledge in one of the games?
the game structure of stud and stud hi/low is the same, but the strategy/starting hands/hand value/etc. is totaly different. I can discuss a lot about the major differences between split games and regular games (from strategic point of view), but this is subject to another question.

comment Should I call opponent's flop re-raise with trips?
@JeffreyBlake - Don't get me wrong - I think your answer is better ( I even voted up for it ). What I really meant is when you ask a question in a forum - getting a various of answers with different explanations and motivation makes the question and the all forum much better. In my opinion, saying to someone that you'll undo your voting down only if he correct his answer is a little rude (my opinion)

comment Should I call opponent's flop re-raise with trips?
@Jeffrey - I don't think that the fact someone plays differently then you it's an automatic downvote. Sobolan gave reasonable reason why He/She think its a good move. there are a lot of ways to play poker.

comment Are seat re-assignments random in multi-table tournaments?
Its very interesting - Can a player know if the table he currently playing is about to be split (not talking about case of very big tournaments when some tables are placed in a different room due to lack of space)?

comment Micro Stakes, playing Big Aces pre-flop against multiple very loose opponents
what I meant is that its very hard to evaluate moves or behavior in a table with such small blinds. I think the answer should be more specific to the case.

What you say is true but general. In many cases, its irrelevant in very low blinds tables. In those tables, many times, the players just don't care what they have. Again, I think tour answer is generally correct, but it doesn't suits this specific case (-0.5)

No. In a matter of fact, I am talking about patient. It doesn't matter if its tournaments or cash game
