What are Pot Odds, and how do I determine them? Depends on what you're comparing it against; I find the maths a bit easier when you do count the call. And if you think about it this way - you pay 350 now to have a chance to win the entire pot (900) in the future - it all works out fine. It's like the difference between "two to one" and "one in three" odds. |

How does Lo work in Omaha Hi-Lo @ChrisMarasti-Georg: While this is a valid way to look at this, I personally find it confusing when you start thinking which of the normal rankings count and which don't. I prefer to ignore rankings completely and just remember you need 5 distinct low cards. |
