Are there well documented cases of winning tournament by someone who wasn't looking at his own cards? +1 This example is probably best. When I clicked this question I actually hoped that no one mentioned it, so that I can :P . |

How to play online horse tournament when you lack knowledge in one of the games? I'm sorry, I don't mean to be disrespectful. It just seems unlikely that you you're good at Stud Hi/Lo and not at Stud Hi. I see it as: Stud Hi/Lo = Stud Hi + Stud Lo, if that makes sense. So for you to know Stud Hi/Lo, you HAVE TO know Stud Hi. That was my point. |

NL100: 2-Pair In 4-Way Pot Facing OOP Lead @ Wet Flop Your analysis about a potential raise on the flop is ok, but the problem is CO and BTN are still in the hand. If CO and BTN would've folded preflop, then it would be a different scenario. |

What is the proper betting procedure with 7 players after the first three players go all in before preflop? Interesting question... |

Bet with Ax3x3x on river? Too few details. What's your position ? What was the flop and the turn ? |

Is online poker legal or not in the United States ? OK, here's an interesting question: If that money was seized by the DoJ, where did all that money go ? Did DoJ just take it and used it to buy new cars ? Isn't that just a nice big fancy way of robberry / theft ? And we're talking of course about millions and millions of dollars. |

Pot odds with low chip stack Also, calling 700 chips when you have a stack of 1000 chips basically means that you're ready to go all-in. You can't just call 700 out of 1000 and then fold on a later street. |

How do you hide your tells? Nr 4 is very important and I rarely see it to be recommended. Legs give very important tells, even if they're usually not visible. |

Raising after an all in I would like to add that, if the raise is at least a 2800 total, then side-pots are built. See here: poker.stackexchange.com/q/462/309 |

Could I have won more money with top set on the flop? Given that he's passive, there was a great chance that he would fold an all-in raise from you. I would've just raised to $100, he would have good odds to call it... |

$1/$2 Live - Bottom set on flop and facing 3bet I think that the 4-bet is actually a 3-bet... the raise from 15 to 45 is a just a raise... the re-raise to 145 is actually the 3-bet. Please check. |

$1/$2 Live - Turned top two pair facing heat (line check) @TobyBooth You're right. I also think that sets are easily in his range and, given how he plays, he surely represents pocket nines or threes. I guess we'll never know... |

NL200 Zoom: Top 2-Pair Deepstacked @ Wet Board Aha. Well, I think I would go all-in here. There are too many numbers, I don't really know how to justify this mathematically, but it's just a feeling. I doubt it would be a bad play... |

Can a bettor concede his hand without showing it? I mean the classic version: Start from the button and go to his left and keep going till you find a player with cards. This guy is the one in earliest position. |
