@TTT, the more skillful a player is - the less gambling/coin situations he has (he is tending to use points from the first part of my answer) & and the greater his "winning chance" coefficient is.

Your question was about luck component. When you are saying about winning 30/100 instead of expected 10/100 -- that shows that your skill is better than average. Not luck.
