comment What are the odds of being dealt exactly the same 2 hole cards in consecutive hands?
For "twice the same hand", the first hand doesn't matter as long as the second hand is the same. So the answer is 1/1326 (and not (1/1326)^2).

comment Is This a Bet or a Raise?
I guess the question is: If UTG1 bets more than a BB, is this called bet or raise?

comment Are there times when your bets are more important than your cards at poker?
I still think that the best place to comment other answers is to put it there as a comment. But well...

comment Are there times when your bets are more important than your cards at poker?
Most of this seems to be a comment to the answer I gave a few hours ago. In my opinion, you should split that into twow parts: The comment to my answer should go ... well ... as a comment to my answer. Your own answer should be self-contained and stay here.

comment Name for limpers that call a pre-flop raise?
@ArtemIce: Calling the big blind preflop is called limping. However, the question for limpers, who also call a later preflop raise.

comment Should you use average value or marginal value when deciding which hands to play?
It would be interesting to have the exact source of this example. Would you mind adding the book and the page number to your question? Thanks!

@Bogdan: Bluffs are still possible. If you didn't hit on the flop and you are heads-up, you should try to bluff your opponent out of the pot every now and then.
