comment Potential all-in rules, does any game use this rule?
In your scenario players B or C could open "fold" the flop and still see a showdown for the main pot. I might answer this later, but i can already see that this method is flawed/unfair. Interesting though.

comment Position advantage on the table and odds
Intuitively, I think it's obvious that being In-Position has a positive effect on how often a player wins a hand, thus a positive effect on equity. I'd also say that it would be incredibly difficult to quantify. It would be good to know though :)

It's not a whole answer, but I suggest looking at University of Alberta Computer Poker Research Group. Just how good a poker bot is will somewhat depend on you, so the question is very difficult to answer. CPRG is probably the most well known of research groups, so it's a good place to start.

comment Heads-Up And The Logic Of The Blinds
@CoryKendall Min-raising from the BTN 100% could certainly be profitable. It depends on the game dynamics. The depth of the stacks and SPR in play though would seem to me the most influential factors aside from strategy. The deeper the stacks, the less advantage position has.

comment What is top N% of hands in PokerStove?
@SonerGönül No, not only preflop. Yes, it can be for preflop, but technically it's for any street onward, and it always assumes that the calculation is to be run to showdown. Researching what "hot-and-cold equity" means will explain it further.
