comment Adjustments to the rake?
@skeelsave When considering rake, as Tomas-Sima said, your skill advantage is probably the key consideration, as if you're breakeven EV-wise with your opponent(s) then rake makes that -EV. It's important to note that rake shouldn't be something you consider a significant aspect of EV, if at all. Primarily because rake is something you have no control over and is game specific, not player specific. Your EV however, is controllable and relative to your skill. Beat the game; beat the rake. In that order, never reversed. :)

comment Folding AA after the flop?
I don't see any fault with betting 3K on the flop, as pretty much any bet should mean that Hero is committed to an All-In, which I think is best. That said, inducing a raise from villain then becomes a good thing, so 3K or even less as a cbet is reasonable I think.

comment Simple final table tournament play including push/fold
As valid as I think this question is, asking for a "simple" answer here is probably asking for too much...probably. I can't answer this as well as I'd like to, but a copy of Chen & Ankenmans "Mathematics of Poker" book is about as good of a look at the subject as you'll find, if you haven't already got it.

comment Folding AA after the flop?
Usually, a BB special refers to when a player in the BB has a trashy, often unplayable hand, and is fortunate to see a flop, where they hit a very strong, disguised hand. It's not meant to refer to good hands and common scenarios ;D

comment NL100: 2-Pair In 4-Way Pot Facing OOP Lead @ Wet Flop
You say a Value Bet is "out of {the} question", but later you say you make a bet to "make {the} opponent pay!"? Do you think a bet by Hero is most frequently a bluff? What sort of ratio would you say Hero is winning vs losing here? Thanks for the answer :)
