The flop doesn't give hero the nuts, which is a requirement.

The answer here is a little different topically to your question, but at the end of it I provide links to how a site audits it's play. It might be useful.

comment What is the nature of Omaha starting hands?
I'm not going to delete any comments here guys, but please, keep it friendly, or sadly I might have to ;). Remember, we're ALL here to learn. Breaking down strategy via an Omaha "model" as Jon puts it has similarities to this question about Holde'Em, I think, What is a wet board?. That said, using examples of hands is incredibly useful to elucidate a point, don't dismiss it's benefits, even in this case.

comment How does the strategy for Omaha and Hold Em vary pre-flop?
@Jon I've looked at your rewording, and considering there's been a response to this Q already, I think your suggested edit is good enough as a question on its own. I'll leave this Q as is for now, but if you like, post the edit as a new thread.

comment Do you have any “in-hand” thinking procedures?
There's a lot to like about this answer. Reminds me of a chess story where the tutor was angry that her student was taking decisions too quickly even if they were right. Also, it alludes to a thought process away from the table which I've no doubt every winning player will tell you is just as important as thinking habits whilst in a hand.

@RomanMik An answer in this case might be "chosen" as it's the most comprehensive, informative opinion.

I've added an answer to the meta question. I think OFC is on-topic. @RaduMurzea makes a good point about the specifics of what "poker" is and is not. I've tried to address a couple of those points in the meta answer.

Do you mean, on average, how many hands does a niner have to play to get to the FT? Also, why would you want to know this?

You mention you could catch a full house, but you said prior to that you "didn't want to see the board pair up"? Also, consider removing the final result and your last actions so as not to bias peoples answers.

I appreciate your point of view, but if you will link to poker sites, do so without your affiliate link as that isn't acceptable here. Thanks.

comment When to call all-in in heads-up game?
This question is very broad. There are some methods that result in a near unexploitable strategy but you'll have to add details of blinds, stack sizes, possibly some information of your perception of your opponent to anaswer this. Thanks.
