I'm using Equilabs Equity Trainer at the moment, been using it for a few days to get a better understanding of equity and how it affects my decision making on the tables. In particular I go through each of the configurations available and do 20 scenarios each, then look at my average difference between my mental calc, and the actual result. Does anyone target a specfic difference and find that this shapes up well in actual games? At the moment I'm running around 8% difference across all the positions, with an intention to get within 5%.

Looking for any other advice people can give with getting the most value out of this training tool.
