Texas Hold'Em is a poker variant in which each player receives two cards (hole cards) that are dealt face down and then five community cards are dealt face-up by the dealer. All players may use their hole cards and the five community cards to make their best five-card poker high hand.

What if a home game player is physically unable to deal? Skip or substitute?
I don't think you will find any "official" rules about this situation because in most "official" poker tournaments/cash games the players do not deal themselves anyway.
