As with playing any hand in poker, it's entirely situational. As a beginner or novice, though, you should be throwing away all but your premium hands. The times you will flop two pair or a flush draw …

Complete all-in rules of fixed-limit hold-em
In your first example, player 2 is not raising, but rather calling, as the minimum bet is $20. So player 3 would have the option of raising to $40.

What are the Hero's outs?

How would you play this?
Raising more pre-flop would definitely be better, around 2.5-3BB, as with the antes, he's getting good odds to call with any two cards with your min-raise. An all-in is ok, but this way you are likely …

Special entries like "C>4" or "R<2" in this chart
I think that the conditional refers to the number of players in the hand.
"C > 4" means call, if there are more than 4 players who are in the hand/have acted in front of you.
"R < 2" means raise, if …

Micros online hand review. AKs from the SB
That's a tough decision, but I would probably fold.
First off, Flatting the turn should set off bells. A flush card falls that pairs the board, and rather than raise and possibly have you fold a w …

How deuces play in this?
Your image doesn't reflect the correct state of the hand. The question is actually referring to the outs after the turn.

Villain: Q⋄ 9⋄
Board: 9♣ J♥ Q♣
Turn: 2♣
Here there are the 16 outs …
